When you request an assessment, we collect your name, phone number, property address, ZIP code, optionally your email, optionally a photo you choose to upload, and the answers you give about the tree and the property.
To contact you about your request, to schedule an on-site assessment, and to give the crew enough information to arrive prepared. That's it.
We share your contact details, address, and job details with the licensed and insured tree care contractor assigned to your assessment. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
By submitting the form you agree that LandsForge may call and text you about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. It may set cookies and report to Meta that a form was completed. You can control ad tracking in your Meta account settings and in your browser.
We keep lead records for as long as needed to serve your request and meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
If you're a California resident, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale (we don't sell it). To exercise any of these, contact us.
